Inkark is a design studio that helps adults plan tattoos: converting pictures into tattoo-style designs, previewing them on body photos, exporting true-to-size PDFs, and sharing briefs with tattoo artists. Inkark is a planning aid only and does not provide tattooing, medical, or dermatological services.
You must be 18 or older to use Inkark. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.
New members receive a one-time 7-day free trial with full access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically at $10 per month, billed monthly through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. The free trial is offered once per person.
You keep all rights to the photos and artwork you upload and the designs you create. You grant Inkark a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
You agree not to upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing material, images of other people without their consent, or content involving minors; not to attempt to access other users' projects or accounts; and not to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Shareable links you create can be viewed by anyone who has the link for 30 days. Only share them with people you intend to see your design and body photos.
AI previews are simulations, not a promise of how a tattoo will look on your skin. Final placement, scale, line weight, and suitability must be confirmed by a licensed professional tattoo artist. Inkark is not responsible for tattoo outcomes.
The Inkark name, logo, and studio software are our property. Designs you create from your own uploads are yours to take to your artist.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkark is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent through the app.
