Account details (email address and sign-in method), the reference photos, body photos, and tattoo designs you upload or create, your project settings (placement, size, notes), and subscription status. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
To run the studio: converting your pictures into tattoo designs, previewing them on your body photos, generating sizing PDFs, saving your projects to your account, creating share links you choose to send, and managing your membership and billing.
Your uploads and generated designs are stored privately in your account. They are only visible to you unless you create a shareable link — anyone you send that link to can view that design, placement preview, and specifications for 30 days. We do not sell your images or use them to advertise.
Images you submit are processed by AI services to create tattoo designs and body previews. Images are sent to these services solely to produce your requested result.
Subscriptions are billed securely through our payment provider. Your bank statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our business name.
You can rename or delete saved projects at any time from the My Projects page, and you can cancel your membership from the Manage Billing page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
Projects remain in your account until you delete them. Share links and their images expire after 30 days. If you delete your account, your projects, images, and personal data are removed.
Your data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest, and access to your projects is restricted to your signed-in account.
Inkark is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we update this policy we will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of Inkark after changes means you accept the updated policy.
